California Residents: CA Proposition 65 Warning

CALIFORNIA SAFE DRINKING WATER AND TOXIC ENFORCEMENT ACT (PROPOSITION 65)

About California Proposition 65

California's Proposition 65 entitles California consumers to special warnings for products that contain chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm if those products expose consumers to such chemicals above certain threshold levels.

We care about our customers' safety and are happy to provide you with the information below to help you make an informed purchase decision.

About Metal Tiles

Metal tiles, once manufactured, are considered safe and stable. Nevertheless, metal tiles may release airborne particles and dust during its cutting, installation process and other construction activities.

When cutting metal tiles, we suggest using a wet diamond-tipped tile saw with a new blade that will reduce the amount of particles thrown in the air during tile cutting and subsequent installation. We also recommend avoiding inhaling the dust created when cutting or breaking the metal tiles, and wearing appropriate protective equipment.

Your risk from exposure to these chemicals varies, depending on how often you perform this type of construction work. To reduce your exposure, work in a well-ventilated area and with approved safety equipment, such as dust masks that are specially designed to filter out microscopic particles and harmful dust.
